The highest ideal of Judaism is to create communities of learners, communities where learning is a joy and a pleasure for each according to her or his capacities. We recite twice daily: "And you shall teach them to your children, and you shall talk of them when you sit in your home and when you walk in the way, when you lie down and when rise." The commandment to study Torah applies to every adult Jew, man and woman alike, and every one is expected to devote time to it daily. For this reason many Jews all over the world have devoted themselves to read a Perek Yomi, a daily chapter of the Bible, following a system universally accepted.  If you want to take it upon yourself, from the link below you can download a chart of daily readings good for all of the year 5770. We hope you enjoy and this stimulates you to come and learn with us.
